Our organization has a rich history and an unwavering commitment to serving both youth and adults with radiance.
Here in the Broward County Radiance Chapter, we embrace the spirit of camaraderie, compassion, and unwavering dedication to service. Together, we strive to uplift, empower, and inspire individuals from all walks of life, spreading rays of hope and joy wherever needed.

Our Chapter
In understanding the great needs of youth and adults in Broward County, Florida, Lady Crystal C. Pittman, Organizer, gathered five to six friends in August 2021 to discuss the possibility of establishing a Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. chapter. From this gathering, 32 talented women who understood the powerful impact that they could make to positively change the lives of many answered the call of commitment in service to their community. They bonded together as a close knit, supportive, praying team of one poised and prepared to uphold the values, tenets, and legacy of TLOD during their journey.
Named the Broward County Radiance Chapter, this group of servant leaders dedicated themselves to shining the light of love through good deeds and service excellence, to glorify our God (Matthew 5:16) and continue in the brilliant light of service of Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. The journey was indeed a remarkable one.
The chapter celebrated its “HAPPY RADIANCE DAY” at its chartering on December 4, 2021. This momentous occasion was attended by the 14th National President Lady Sharon Beard, National 1st Vice President and Chapter Establishment Chair Lady Eddie Lee Marsh, National Area IV Director Lady Adrienne Boner, Immediate Past National Area IV Director and Organizer Lady Crystal C. Pittman, and 10th National President Lady Peggy Lewis LeCompte who offered words of encouragement to remain “untiring and focused” in our service to youth and adults.
